Document Register
Widget Size: 4 x 3
This widget stores files (documents, certificates, images, etc.) along with associated details.
Click the Add icon, and complete the relevant details, including category (see below), and an optional expiry date for the register entry. Browse files to upload, and click SAVE when complete.
Columns can be sorted and filtered by entering text to search for specific items. Clicking on the top level in the tree view will display all the registered documents (divided into sites), while clicking on individual sites/containers will display the documents relevant to that site/container.
Category Manager
Categories, can be administered by clicking on the Category Manager icon.
Enter a new category name and click the ADD button to create a new category, which can then be used when adding new documents to the register.
Double-clicking the Category name in the grid, enables the name to be edited.
The Count column shows how many times a category has been used across the whole website (all organisations), and a category can only be deleted if the count is 0, i.e. it is not already in use. Highlighting a category row and clicking DELETE, deletes the category.
